Managing required resources, in a Mega light current project to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Managing all third party contributions to ongoing project
- Ensure that the cable infrastructure (UTP & Fiber ) shop drawings submitted , followed , pulled and terminated
- Dealing with subcontractors , consultant, and customer
- Managing communications, buy in and sign offs with all stakeholders
- Planning, execute, and handover the project
- Proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of ongoing projects
- Managing the overall budget and monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget
- Managing any risks till successful outcome
- Manage project scope, goals and deliverables, holding team(s) accountable, while also inspecting and adapting as appropriate
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Work with the team to Identify and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate conflict resolution and help remove impediments
- Communicate the teams work to a range of stakeholders and leaders in IT and the business
- Monitor and radiate information regarding project progress
- Coordinate and communicate with other Managers on cross-team activities and external staff or consultants, as necessary.

- English Language Excellent written and spoken
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PM function
- A field experience in a similar project is a must
- Track record of project completion
- PMP certified or at least attended the course
- Experience in Light Current is a must
- Have good communication skills
- Have a good level of planning and risk assessment
- Good level of computer skills specially word and excel
